Sights & Attractions in Marseille

Having just returned from a year living in Marseille, I have to say that it is one of the most exciting, interesting and beautiful cities I have ever visited. It's not really like the rest of France. Of course it has its patisseries and the occasional accordian player wandering the streets, but there are so many other cultural influences throughout the city, whose population is made up of people from all over the world, including Italy, Morocco, Greece, Algeria.
