Toronto has some interesting attractions, but few must sees, and in the weeks prior to my visit I alternated between thinking I'd never be able to fill my days there and thinking I'd have far too much to fit in during my stay. It was hard to tell from my mini guide book what the absolute must sees were, but over a day and a half I packed in the ...  Read the complete review

Toronto has so much to offer everyone and all budgets. There's a lot to do for free if you do your research and a lot of expensive things to do and see as well. If you're in need of directions, get off the subway at Union Station and turn left. Down the street is a tourist shop that can book trips for you, and will provide you with a downtown map ...  Read the complete review

What follows is a whistlestop tour through 4 of the sights of Toronto's bustling downtown. Well.... 3 sights and a train station... Ok - A shopping mall, a busy street, a train station and a sports venue - but you get the point. They're places of interest, and as you're bound to come across at least some of them on a trip to ...  Read the complete review

Toronto is a shoppers delight - which is a good thing as it is one of the most sterile places I have ever visited. However, it does have some of the friendliest and most polite people on the planet. Briefly the best places to go are: CN Tower. It's tall and when the wind blows half of it (the top bit) is shut. The views ...  Read the complete review

As far as i'm concerned there are 2 things which every tourist visiting Toronto should see - and apologies if these are predictable! Firstly the CN tower - you have to go up this - it offers one of the highest viewing platforms in the world and you really get a sense of how big and spread out Toronto is from up there. The views out over ...  Read the complete review

This was my first trip to Canada, landed in Toronto mid afternoon, dumped stuf @ the Toronto Hilton in the financial district, a good hotel, then proceeded to walk down to the lake shore. Stumbled on a harbour cruise and in 15 mins from the hotel we were cruising around the Toronto Islands for 1hr for a tenner. Great weather, great views, very ...  Read the complete review

We arrived at Pearson International Airport after a seven hours flight for our weeks short break in Toronto. There were plenty of shuttle buses available to ferry passenger to the many city centre hotels. It was in the month of October and the autumn colours could only be described as breathtaking. Toronto is quoted as being “like ...  Read the complete review
