Sealife centre - This is situated on the seafront and houses lots of fish's and talks throughout the day. We visit a lot because the paper gives out free children's entries which come in very handy. Model Village - I always love visiting here as i like the great detail in the mini little lands. Love the trains which run around the place. What does Type of Attraction does Great Yarmouth have? Great Yarmouth one of the Uk's major seaside town but what has Great Yarmouth to offer? What makes people come here time and time again? Pleasure Beach - South on the Seafront is the Pleasure beach which is Fair for all ages. I must admit this isn't as good as it has been but the company is planning on some major works including a complex for all weathers which would give the town a great boost. Great Yarmouth is the East Coast's largest resort, boasting 200 acres of golden sandy beaches, miles of seafront entertainment and quality nightlife. The famous illuminations sparkle at night, whilst the (minor) celebrities sparkle in the Summer Season shows. During the daytime, there are all the ingredients for a fun, family holiday. I suggest you get there as early as possible, to secure a good car parking space as near to the seafront as you can. People have been coming to Great Yarmouth on holiday for years, and as people now increasingly go abroad, it is a shame that many of the old hotels are now boarded up and in disrepair. Greasy spoons and amusement arcardes. That's primarily why people come to Yarmouth. Or is it? Well, considering the seafront is probably the main thing people are attracted to, then the above named is what they will find! Okay, so they're not ALL greasy spoons. There are the odd one or two, but most of them are rather nice. There are loads of restaurants on the seafront to choose from where you can get a fairly nice roast dinner for a fiver. Bare in mind, it's tinned veg they use, and not the real macoy! But, you can't expect much else for a fiver, can you?
