Blackpool tower is an amazing day out for everyone. They have a huge aquarium and floors of stuff to do. There is a huge play area for the children which has recently been refurbsihed. On the same floor is a huge cafe/restaurant and bar with entertainment on througout the year. There is a dinasaur ride that takes you through the years and lives of the dinasour. One of the best thngs is the tower top ride. The llift goes through the middle of the tower so you can see out! not for the faint hearted but it cant be missed! Once at the top you can climb the rest of the way up but this is only open when the weather permits it. They are great viewing points. There is also the glass window you have to stand on when up at the top-you can see right down it is scary as you do feel like the glass wont hold you but it is so exciting! The tower circus is great every year it changes but everyone always raves about it. Before the show starts they do face painting and tricks to keep the kids entertained. They sell alot if circus stuff so kids can have ago themselves.The show is great for any age and funny. There is alot going on singing dancing and tricks from people all over the world. The tower ballroom is another favorite more for the older people. I like to go in and watch them all dancing. There is a bar/cafe here too and lots of seating.The thing I like about the tower is theyve kept so much of the original features and you can see these all around wherever you are.
The tower is open all year and is a great place to go,it can be quite expensive for a family but well worth the money.They do online offers the one at the moment is £10 an adult so a great saving. You arent allowed to take food in so be warned if you try you may get it taken away from you.
