Advantages: good place to go in all kinds of weather

We visited the tower in 2008 and i was very impressed with the entertainment on offer and all for a reasonable price,considering you could go in the morning and stay well into the evening. Firstly we visited the aquarium, there were some beautiful colored fish,there were seahorses large sting rays and sharks.. The way the tanks were laid out and the low lighting made for lovely exhibits in a relaxing atmosphere,we spent a lot of time there before we moved on. Next you enter an area with slot machines not really my thing but i sure the children enjoy it.We headed for the ballroom which is beautiful inside and that wonderful old organ the wurzzler we spent an enjoyable time here watching children s dance groups compete. Then went along the corridor and there is a beautiful solid silver model of the tower. On the next floor there is a bar area where you can sit and socialize there is also an are to eat,this floor also has a jungle jims for kids and a dinosaur ride . We left after abut 3 hours and went shopping in Blackpool town centre,when you enter the Tower they stamp your hand so as you can return later.We had our supper in the hotel and returned to the Tower for the circus,which was immensley entertaining very well led on with trapeze artists mokey the clown motor bikes on high wires i dont want to say to much to ruin the show but mark my words it was a very enjoyable experience.Then the highlight of the day was a trip to the top of the tower and the walk of faith were the floor is entirely made of glass not for the week hearted hope this is helpful to anyone considering a trip there.
