Took my daughter & friends to bodyflight as a birthday present & when we went to pick up DVDs of experience we were informed that they could not burn the discs but would send them on in a few days.Shock, horror, no DVDs , claimed to have been sent (yeah really) and unfortuneately the data storage is wiped so cannot replace. All very convenient, terms & conditions state that the dvds are not part of their package & there is nothing they will do if there are any problems. The flight is only 2 1/2 minutes each, the dvd is a way of remembering the day.Very Poor, recommend not to bother , For us alot of travel for a few minutes of fun.Left with a group of kids who where upset not to see themselves fly.
