Advantages: car park, toilets,

Disadvantages: down coutry lanes

we are very lucky to live a 10 minute drive from christmas tree farm.

My daughter who is now 14 months first went at 10 months & we've been twice since.

For those worried about recent health scares they have hand washing facilities clearly signposted with hot water, soap and drying machines.

This is a nice couple of hours if the adults go with a friend or about 1,5 hours just parent & child without stopping for tea.

Some of the animals are 'loose' so you may need to warn a more timid child that very small goats, chickens, turkeys may appear behind them and pop their head into the bucket of food. None of these animals have yet to display aggressive behavior when we've been there.

Eve loves it, as she learning to walk & it's all enclosed we are happy to let her out of the buggy and go up to the animals petting them and laughing when they lick her. she's not quite got the hang of feeding thm as she keeps eating the food :/

Inside they have rabbits, hens, guinea pigs etc for sale, they also sell some flowers and hanging baskets. There is a nice outside area for a cup of tea & ice cream.

We love it...& we plan to go in the rain as I feel it's educational....

Summary: great time & again
