Cornerhouse Manchester is an absolute institution and one of the highlights of the city. I spent three years here as an undergraduate and when I moved away possibly the thing I missed most of all was this art gallery / cinema / bar. I have great memories of seeing the likes of The Dreamers, Dogville and Sideways here for the first time - all films I love, and all films I probably wouldn't have seen otherwise.
