Dartmouth Pottery is situated on the road between Brixham and Dartmouth, just outside Totness. The modern unit has plenty of parking and if you read on you will understand why I think this can be an ideal place to visit with a young family come rain or shine. All manner of decorative goods can be bought here and not just those which are products of the attached factory unit. The quality is quite high and the range astounding. The factory itself is fascinating. Here you can see all of the items being made, through the various stages from being slip moulded, hand painted, fired and glazed.
