This is a museum situated in Glasgow's West end next to the River Kelvin. It is easy to get to with the subway station 5-10 mins walk away. It is also accessible by bus and if your staying in Glasgow City centre it is a 20/30 minutes walk. It is provides a look into the development of transport throughout the 20th century. There is a selection of trams on show, many over a 100 yrs old, which once trundled Glasgow's streets. An old fashioned street is also a centre piece of the museum. Summary: Transport museum |
