Advantages: great to get away from it all

Disadvantages: Not a lot here

Lamorna Cove is a bautiful little cove in Cornwall, please don't ask me where cos I can't remember! I think it is near Mousehole near Penzance and is worth a visit if you have been in the area.

You have to park outside of the village up the hill and then walk the 5 minutes or so down into the cove.

Here you will find a small sandy and stony beach a few houses dotted up on the cliffside, a small harbour and a couple of cafe's. There isn't a lot here but if you are peace and tranquility away from all the crowds to just sit and contemplate and enjoy the magnificent cornish coastline then this is a real winner.

If you walk a little way around the harbour you can, with care, go scrambling amongst the rocks which is always great fun.

Oh and the cafe do a mean greek salad, not very cornish I know!!

Summary: Great to stop off at for an hour if you're in the area

Pinkmuppet is right it is near Mousehole, I take your comments onboard Helen but Pinkmuppet is a newish member and she? (gotta be a woman with that name lol!) is still learning, perhaps a more constructive comment would help her more?
