London Dungeon not worth the price (London Dungeon)
Member Name: mum with 2 boys
Advantages: none Disadvantages: not much to see at all, nothing to drink my friend and our 3 boys age 11/12 went on 31st October, thinking it would be even better on Halloween. Judging by other reviews I think it was worse. We paid for fasttrack but queued for 2 hours. The staff seemed pretty fed up and barely said anything - we were herded like cattle from place to place with very little explanation of which way to look and where to stand. I felt as if they couldn't wait for us all to move on so they could go home. There was so little light that we caught bare glimpses of what might have been displays if we could have seen them. What we did see was filthy - yes I know it is supposed to be old and scary, but this was untouched since first installed kind of dirt. The only good bit for me was a freezer room at the beginning with pieces of body hanging up. No ghostly figures or rats as I have read in another review. An utter waste of money. You can't even sit anywhere if you need rest, and no cafe. They really want you to leave as quickly as possible so they can get more people in. Summary: rubbish |
