Take a ride on the eye.

Advantages: Unrivalled London views.
Disadvantages: Over priced.
The London Eye was opened in the year 200 and known as the milenium wheel. Since it has changed its name to suit the times more. It is sponsered by British Airways, so a turn on the wheel is known as a flight.
The London Eye is set on the banks of the Thames, in the South Bank area. It is a large wheel with big glass pods on which people can sit in and go round. The main aim of the London Eye is to experience unrivalled views across London. This is certainly accomplished with a ride.
The wheel turns slowly and a ride consists of one turn on the wheel and lasts 30 minutes. The wheel never actually stops, it just goes so slowly that people can get on it whilst it is moving.
The pods are large and airy and glass which is good so you get a panoramic unspolit view. It goes without saying that this attraction is not suitable for anyone who is scared of heights.
The other thing to be aware of, is that if you buy the basic ticket you may have to share a pod with other people as they try and fill them up.
You can buy many different packages for the London Eye, from very basic, to very luxurious, at a wide range of prices. Although I personally think the basic price is over priced, others think it is good value for money, so it depends on your budget.
Summary: Good way to see London.
