Advantages: Decent collection of wax work, Chance to meet your favourite characters under one roof

Disadvantages: Long queue, Expensive food, much hyped out, Lack of finishing and resemblance with real personality

Madame Tussauds ---Much ado about nothing!!!

I think everyone who visits London must have had Madam Tussauds on top of his list. With lot of insistence from my wife I planned to visit it couple of weeks before.
The tickets are quite expensive but I booked online in advance and arrive later time in the day to get it at £12.50.I would rate it high in terms of collection as it has my favourite sports stars like Beckham, Tendulkar, Andy Murray along with loads of popular figures form Hollywood and bollywood stars important political figures like Obama, Tony Blair etc...I did manage to take snaps with almost all my favourite stars. The new figure of Michael Jackson was revealed and I was bit overwhelmed. The Hall of Horrors was interesting with a selection of torture devices on the wall.
However I was really frustrated with the long queue as the waiting time is too high. Moreover I was not too impressed with most of the wax work and feel that somehow this is over-rated. The food and snacks were really expensive and I will suggest you to pack something when you start off your outing. The show in the planetarium was average and I will not rate it very high as I was bit disappointed with the content and the lay out of the entire show.
Overall I do not think it is that worthwhile for a perfect day out as there are better options available to explore if you are visiting London. It is the type of place where I can visit one just to fulfil a desire of looking at a much talked about day out. In case you are planning I will suggest you to go early as it gets very cramped up at peak season and peak time.

Summary: Much hyped out less worth
