Disadvantages: To much money being wasted on it

This is a true measure of what all the politicians are doing with our money. The Dome was instigated by the Blues and further money has been thrown at it by the Reds. No matter which of the two main parties you vote for they still throw money away. The public was never consulted on this carbuncle, nor were they allowed to use the facility for free even though they paid for it. Public money via the national lottery (my money and yours) has paid for this to be built. Now I my opinion we should get free entrance to it. If tourists want to get in make THEM pay. But the fianl insult is the fact that the government want to sell it, at a loss, to a foreign company. Give it to a local authority who could transform it into something the people could use.
