Disadvantages: eyesore, keeps getting bailed out, money better spent on public services like NHS

I cannot believe the way that this Government have made a cock up of the Millenium Dome. I know that everyone expects a cock up by this bunch of useless people who are running our country at the moment but how can a party make such a fatal misjudgement about what the public want.

Nobody wanted this monstruosity in the first place. It was bad enough that they paid
800,000,000 pounds in the first place and this was outrageous when our NHS is in the state it is, but to then contiue to regularly hand out 50,000,000 pounds and so on to keep it open till the end of the year is awful and a travesty that over 1 billion pounds has been spent on such a useless, laughing stock project instead of on the health service.

The dome will be sold at the end of the year if a buyer can be found. They are expected to get around 100,000,000 for it so they've lost around 900,000,000 on this ill fated poorly thought out project.
