Why or why do we spend 800 million pound on a building that we are only going to use for a year then nearly give it away. Do we really think the people of wales , scotland, ireland and most of england care about this white elephant
In this one year only about 10% of the country will even bother to go and see it and the other 90% would have like to see the money go on some thing useful. why not have spent on new hospitals schools or even invest in something like the cure for cancer that would of been something to remember the year 2000 for.
i hope the politicians will think before they act in future or am asking for the impossible
