Advantages: plenty of space

Disadvantages: lots of space with very little of substance in it

not a good place to spend New Year's Eve. We were caught up in the cold and awful queues at Stratford station.. When we got there eventually. We were very under impressed.
High spot of the night was seeing the queen kiss prince phillip!
there was lots of space with too little going on to link the zones. Also in places a bit of heating would not have gone amiss. Similarily I can imagine it being too hot and stuffy in summer.
I think that the money they are charging is extortionate. £10 an adult is ample.
