Advantages: None!
Disadvantages: It's rubbish!
The dome is the most useless, pathetic piece of crap! Millions of pounds have poured into this money pit, money that was supposed to go for good causes such as disabled and disadvantaged children.
The government cannot seem to find any money to fund worthy areas -- such as healthcare and education, which are crumbling -- yet it finds millions to put towards this abomination!
And the appallingly high admission price is a kick in the face to most people in the UK. All in all, shameful.
