Rating:
Advantages: nice tent
Disadvantages: bad price
The Tory party dropped the new Labour government into this one! And worst of all, Blair bought into it. This was the first sign in office of his preference of spin over substance: "build a dome, and I will make sure it's successful because I can 'spin' it". Now we have other examples, and the dome will always be his Waterloo. If he doesn't change, he will be very surprised at the next Election. When they sell it, they will get very little for all the money and effort, a huge waste of public funds.
