Advantages: getting rid of your money
Disadvantages: getting nothing for it
I definitely have to advise against booking anything at this place and paying money in advance, especially if you're not a resident of the area: My harness ride (for 2 people)was cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions (consider wind, too!!!) and as I was in the area on holiday for a short time only, I couldn't do it at all. I asked for at least a partial refund of my 50 quid, which was rudely rejected. I was briefly instructed to sell my voucher on ebay... where nobody happens to be interested, of course.
The customer service of Orb360 is extremely unhelpful, they will respond after about 2 or 3 weeks, and if you've got a complaint or inconvenient request they won't answer at all. I was really looking forward to the ride, but ended up paying a lot of money for NOTHING. If that's how they earn their money... fair enough. I can imagine that the experience might be great, but getting it is the hardest part!
Summary: don't do this!
