I wanted to book tickets for Orb 360 for a hen do in March 2012. I spoke with someone on the telephone who said that they were having problems with their booking database, they would be open on the date in March and I would have no problem booking. The guy took my details and said he would ring me back in the next couple of days. I didn't hear anything so used their enquiries/contact link on their website and emailed them, asking whether I could book for the hen do. No response. I emailed again a couple of weeks later, asking for them to respond and whether I should be looking for alternative operators, no response. I kept trying to ring and received no answer, until today when I was informed that they are not opening until April!!!! So I have wasted weeks hoping to get something booked as originally I was informed they would be open in March and now we will have to find something else to do at really short notice! Really poor customer service.
