Plymouth PlayzoneNewest Review: ... the centre where my daughter spends most of her time. Jump also has a football court and climbing wall for the older children. We often go during the week for the jumping beans session that is held at 11.30. This involves a member of staff doing songs, dances and playing instruments with the children this is a brilliant session at no extra cost. The centre has a large clean café with good ... more |

I have been visiting jump for 2 year now with my daughter (3 years old) and friends. We find the facilities excellent and enjoy our time there. This centre has not been called play zone for over 3 years. The play centre has a large play frame with trampoline, inflatable and ball pools. There is also a lovely toddler area at the end of the centre where my daughter spends most of her time. Jump also has a football court and climbing wall for the older children. We often go during the week for the jumping beans session that is held at 11.30. This involves a member of staff doing songs, dances and playing instruments with the children this is a ... Imagine a world where everything is soft play - a kind of Willy Wonka theme park without the chocolate. You are surrounded by slides, 6ft high balls, cargo nets, assault courses made out of soft foam, rope swings and ball pools: you are in the Playzone. Propoganda tells us that this place is only for kids, but if you happen to have anyone (son, daughter, brother, next door neighbour) who is a kid, take them here and go in with them. All you have to do is shoot the hung over 16 year old worker a smile and he'll let you play like you're a six year old on her birthday. The soft play area is huge, and the source of hours of fun for all. The rest of ... Read the complete review

Playzone had a revamp couple of years ago and along with the revamp came a new name, 'Jump'. It's the largest indoor play centre in the Westcountry and can provide hours of fun for your hyper active children. A couple of weeks ago my two year old was invited to a party here. I haven't been since it's had a makeover so was quite excited to see if how much better it was or not. When we got there we were greeted by a couple of staff members who looked like they had better things to do with their time and I'm afraid to say this was the case with every staff member I came into contact with. They were very young and you could tell they had absolutely no ... Read the complete review

If you have not been yet, then I advise you to go. I really don?t know who has the most fun!! Let me set the scene. You enter into the playzone to be greeted by a whole lot of noise, yes it is loud! Music and the sound of a lot of kids having a lot of fun. They play mainly pop so you soon get into the swing of things and find yourself singing along! The reception area is just as you go in the door, where the friendly staff will more than happily take your shoes and your hard earned money. The staff are great but they could be a bit more informative for those first time playzoners. The prices have unfortunately just gone up slightly; they ... Read the complete review

A large indoor playground for children and their parent/carers, almost brand new and reasonably priced. Located on the outskirts of Plymouth (Crownhill, Christian Mill Business Park), this innovative area, which was very recently built on the premises of the old Clarks shoe factory, has captured my kid’s hearts. Renovating the derelict and disused factory has been done to perfection. Designed for toddlers right through to teenagers, and even adults, a considerable amount of time, planning and capital has gone into the design and function of it. A massive combination of slides, soft play and activities, this facility surpasses all others ... Read the complete review
