Reflections Leisure Club is a great little spa and fitness centre in Chineham near Tesco. I have been a member ther for about 6 years. FIrstly fitness: There is a large gym with a variety of CV exerisise machines a weights area and streching section. In the middle are TVs showing differnt channels. On the machines you can plug in headphones and choose a channel to listen to or you can also listen to the radio. The gym is an OK price but when its busy (normally 5-8) it can sometimes be hard to get on a machine. It is kept very clean. I collapse to the floor, legs like jelly and with my heart pounding. My breath isn’t really helping matters as it refuses to co-operate and do the inhale and exhale thing it is supposed to be doing! All this just because I ran, er no, jogged from one end of the field to the other with a seven year old!! Of course, the seven year old after seeing the effect running had on me decides to show off and run all the way back … and still have plenty of energy to kick a ball around!! Things were not good!
