Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park

A beautiful park, famous for its rose gardens just outside Belfast. Perhaps the slightly out of the way location and the fact that it would be hard to walk to means that this park is less well known than the similar Botanic gardens. It always has a smattering of visitors and there is ample carparking for daytrippers. Situated in a very peaceful location in Upper Malone, the park is run by Belfast City Council. Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park is a beautiful park in Belfast, Northern Ireland. A visit to this park will be a nice day out for the whole family. As soon as one steps into this park the beautiful roses is a real treat to the eyes. There are roses of all colours and sizes. There are all varieties of roses from shrubs, hedges and climbing roses.
