Lady Dixon Park (Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park)
Member Name: byblox
Advantages: Scenery Disadvantages: Hard to walk to (no path for some of the way)
A beautiful park, famous for its rose gardens just outside Belfast. Perhaps the slightly out of the way location and the fact that it would be hard to walk to means that this park is less well known than the similar Botanic gardens. It always has a smattering of visitors and there is ample carparking for daytrippers. Summary: Tranquil place |
