We have the season ticket which I think is excellent value and recoups our initial outlay in the first couple of visits. The farm has quite a large car park but we tend to walk over as it is near our house. It's nice walking over as we can already see the sheep in the field on our approach. Letchworth Garden City was the worlds first Garden City, founded in 1903 by Ebenezer Howard, which was designed to incorporate elements of the country, alongside city life. I currently live here and think it's a really nice to raise a family. One of my favourite places to take the kiddies is Standalone Farm which is located on Wilbury Road in Letchworth. The farm is set in 170 acres of farmland although the area that contains the animals is not very large but perfect for a day out with little kids.
