We visited Tintagel Castle last week (24 June 09), it was not the brightest of days, as rain was in the air and it was pretty grey. Tintagel is a small village on the north coast of Cornwall, about 45 minutes drive from Bodmin and not too far from major coastal resorts like Newquay.
