It definitely helps to hydrate but if you're really dry, i suggest adding a thicker cream on top.
So far, my skin really likes this product and has no reactions but for miraculous changes in texture/radiance... hmmm. I think this is best used synergistically with other SK or high end treatments to see a large difference. Alone, it may not be strong enough but "it promotes good skin health" on its own.

Like others, I wish the amount of % of Vitamin C was stated, along with the word "stabilised". However, C is not really the star as Pitera is supposed to shine as the first active ingredient. There are no silicones in this and the texture is very lubricious due to the high level of glycerin and glides over the skin in a massaging way.
