There's a stream running down one side of the town, where kids play in the summer (it's damn safe too) and plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Breckenridge...what can i say??? If you've never been, skier or not, GO! The scenery, as can be said for the majority of the Rockies is spectacular any time of year. I went there for 10 days about a month ago and wish it had been for longer. There is just so so much to do there and everyone is friendly and has so much respect for the area. The first thing i noticed about the town was that there was no graffiti, vandalism, litter, chewing gum, fag butts (come to think of it smokers in general) to be seen anywhere. This resort is amazing! I cannot think of enough adjectives to describe the whole scenery of it, the view is spectacular(as you'd expect at a few thousand betres altitude!), the slopes are well groomed for morning, the snow is great and the pistes are well managed! For me, a boarder this resort is perfect, there were two large snow parks each had its own side of the mountain really, teh jumps were well formed and the half-pipe well maintained. There is also a huge amount of free-ride which is my speciality, one moment you can be within hearing distance of a busy resort, and next you can be in complete wilderness with the Grizzly bears being the only ...
