I spent 7 days in Morzine in April 2007 and had a brilliant time. We went during the last week of the ski season, during the Easter holidays. We went to Morzine (staying in the neighbouring Les Gets) for just 2 nights and 2 days of skiing in the period between Christmas and New Year 2008. As a resort, Morzine has quite a young, busy feel - quite expensive and clearly catering for the foreign market. Chalet 'Les Sapins' Morzine - Very comfortable chalet, unfortunately owners are over protective of their chalet, list of rules are endless. Do not book this chalet if you are thinking of taking children - or booking in-house Nanny service as if owners were honest would prefer no children at all!
