Arosa is a reasonably small resort a couple of hours away from Zurich, the resort is situated at the end of a valley, this meas that all the slopes came be got to by just two ski lifts, these then divide to give many more.

the skiing is probably the best i've ever done, i went late in the season but due to it altitude the snow was still very fresh. the on piste skiing is very good, the swis look after the slopes very well. off piste the powder smow was beautiful. the prices like everywhere in switzerland were high but for the service you get for your money i think it was worth it.

a free bus ride goes every 20 mins from the centre of the to the lifts. on the top of the highest summet there is a delightful resturant serving very good food at surprizingly low prices.

if you are looking for a place to go skiing please check this resort out as it is a very reasonable resort.
