bamamo Soap & Glory The Fab Pore 15 Minute Facial Peel: ... my disastrous first foray into face mask in a tube from Simple (see review!), I decided to try once more rather than stick to messy single-use sachets. After a little research, the Fab Pore mask kept cropping up again and again and I decided it would be a good product to first try the Soap and Glory range. The range can be found in Boots or Harvey Nichols, and features kitsch packaging, punny names and from wh...

magenta23 Boots Natural Collection Rosemary and Witch Hazel Face Mask
... skin has it s good days and bad days, in my twenties, I still don t seem to have gotten rid of that horrible teenage combination skin, where it s greasy ans spotty in places and horribly dry in others, meaning it s hard to find products to solve all your problems. On bad skin days, I like to indulge in a face mask. I ve not yet found one to solve all my skin problems, but a good one will make my skin feel fresh and thoroughly cleaned, much more so than you can achieve with just washing or cleansing. The latest one I ve tried is Boots Natural Collection Rosemary and Witch Hazel, I don t know if it s new but I d not spotted it before, maybe because it s not kept with th...

Beckyyy Lush Cupcake
... face mask has to be my favourite of all the pots-of-wonder you can find in Lush s face mask counter. Being quite prone to spots and the odd breakout, it s perfect my skin type, but at the same time doesn t irritate it which lots of other face-masks seem to do. It s quite pricey (the website now says £6.45 for 75g, which has gone up since I last bought it a month ago!), but you can get about 4, maybe 5 if you use less, uses out of each pot, which makes it sound a little better at just over £1.50ish per use. The rhassoul mud works as a deep cleanser, and helps to get rid of excess oils on the skin as well as soothing any blemishes. The cocoa powder gives it a stron...

snow_white_forev Lush Sacred Truth Face Mask
... for money. Each little pot that I buy of any Lush face mask lasts me for about a month if I use in 2 times a week, which is about 8 applications, which would cost around £8 when buying those mini sachets. Plus when you compare its list of indulgent fresh ingredients and its amazing results, £6.95 feels like a bargain! ~~ Buying a Lush Mask ~~ Whilst the face masks, including this one, can be bought online from Lush, I would strongly recommend going into your local branch as its much more fun! If I go in ready to buy a new mask (even if I know which one I want) I ll always dither around their display looking unsure and confused, and when I do a typically enthusiastic L...
