bored_at_home Chanel Hydramax: ... purchased the gel version of chanel hydramax for my girlfriend, this is the latest range of moisturers from chanel. These are very expensive especially when you compare them to £2 moisturisers off the shelf like nivea and E45 so it s hard to see why you would want to spend £40 on a moisturiser. I researched which moisturiser to get as a gift in a very scientific way, being a guy and the first thing I noticed is th...

ninacolada86 Nivea Visage Tinted Moisturiser
... the many woes of the fairer sex, who are constantly on the prowl for cosmetics that will miraculously transform them into stunning goddesses of Angelina Jolies mold. Alas, more likely they will stumble upon some tantalizing scam in Boots and be yet another victim who succumbed due to their vanity. However, and I dare to emphasize the word yet again; However, every now and again in their near fruitless toils they by chance stumble upon some diamond that upon first glance they scorn as it does not bear the insignia of some haute coat of arms such as the Golden color of Channel, or the Proud G of Gucci. But if they give it a chance it can exceed their wildest dreams.....

EmaD2009 Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat
... has been out for quite a while now and its everywhere! Its had top reviews and won loads of awards and everyone is talking about how brilliant it is. The biggest downside about it is the price tag, iv seen it sold for between £17 and £23 which is a bit hefty for a concelar. On the flipside though its not just an undereye colncelar, it can be used as a highlighter pen for the nose, lips, chin and forehead. It comes in a long gold pen, with a clicky button at the bottom and a fine applicator bush where the product comes out of at the top. When i first bought it when it first came out it only came in one shade and they said it wouls suit every skin tone, ridiculous i ...

historywitch Nivea Creme
... me the smell of Nivea is the smell of my childhood. A tub of this cream and a bottle of TCP were used by my mother to treat almost every minor injury and childhood complaint that my brother and I presented her with. TCP dealt with the open wounds/sore spots and Nivea was applied liberally to sunburn, dry skin, mild excema, scabs to reduce scarring, shaving rashes and anything else that she felt would benefit from a blob of Nivea including her own face as a night cream. So of course as a parent myself I have fully equipped my medicine cupboard with these two essentials! This moisturiser comes in round blue plastic or metal tubs. I prefer the plastic tub as it is warme...
