Advantages: hydrates dry skin

Disadvantages: greasy

Jack has a small strawberry birth mark behind his ear. He has fairly good skin which is not really that dry, but then all of a sudden the birth mark started to get very dry, thinking it was eczema, I spoke to my health visitor who said as long as it didn't start to crack and bleed it would be okay with aquaeous cream. So I bought a tub from Boots, at abou £1.99, it was huge. We have used it twice a day since then and the birthmark is like the rest of his skin, sliky smooth. I also use it if sometimes his legs feel a bit dry. It is very greasy and paraffin based and can be got on perscription too, but for the little amount that we use, it will last us for ages.
