... Avon book goes away for order today, so i'm not sure of the price in the new book. If you have an Avon rep in your area then you can order back a book, so you still have 3 weeks to take advantage of this great price. When there is a lot of items on offer for £1 from Avon, what I do as an Avon rep is to order a mix of things that costs £1 each in the Avon book and my husband takes it to his work to see if anyone wants to buy it. I still make the same commission this way, but I can end up getting a few sales from p...more

Premium Review Avon Care Rich Moisture Face Cream: RECOMMENDED BY BIN MEN (457 words)

I bought a tub of this the last time it was on offer and use it every sunday night. Do I use it any other night? No. Why not? Just because. I find this a good face cream, but I have oily skin that tends to throw a wobbly now and again, so I like to use a face cream on a sunday night after I have a bath, as I don't work mondays, so on monday morning my face is nice, soft and has a nice sheer, but if this throws up a couple of blotchy patches then it is usually better for tuesday if that makes any sense. This cream is specially for Dry Skin. It is a rich moisturiser and has vitamin E. The cream comes in quite a flat round tub with a twisty blue lid. When you ...  Read the complete review

I bought this from Avon (you don't say!) last summer when it was on offer at half price, meaning I paid just £1.75 for 200ml. It normally sells for £3.50 for 200ml which is still extremely cheap for face cream. I bought it because I was looking for a cheap holiday moisturiser and for less than £2 I figured it was worth a try. It comes in a grass-green and sky-blue pot with a royal blue lid. The pot is made of plastic and it did not come boxed (but I wouldn't expect it to at that price!). The cream itself is mid-thickness and white in colour. It contained botanical extracts and Vitamin E 'for smooth silky soft skin' (quoted from the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Avon Care Rich Moisture Face Cream: You don't need to be rich to buy it (488 words)

I have tried various moisturisers in the past and they have ranged from cheap through to expensive. I always come back to the cheap version from Avon because it suits my skin and a pot lasts me ages. Avon's rich moisture face cream has been around in the catalogue for years. The packaging has changed dramatically over the years, but the basic pot has stayed almost the same. The moisturiser comes in a round pot with a screw top lid. The pot is very easy to open, but I can never put the lid back on until I have washed my hands as it proves too difficult after applying the moisturiser. It comes to you in a simply designed pot with no frills just basic ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review An Inexpensive Moisturiser (265 words)

This is my daughter's regular facial moisturiser so if I ever run out of my own between Avon deliveries then this is what I will use. I do not use it regularly purely because I have mature skin and need to take extra care of it with peptides and a vitamin complex designed to target signs of aging. As a plain moisturiser this is absolutely fine though. Avon Care Rich Moisturiser Face Cream comes in a 200ml pot and costs £3.75. It is frequently on offer for half price or 3 for £5 which makes it an amazing budget product. I like that this has a nice thick texture to it which I didn't expect when I first tried it as usually cheaper products are thinner, but ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Avon Care Rich Moisture Face Cream: Ding dong, Avon calling! (264 words)

At my time of life it is essential to rub on as many creams, lotions and potions as possible in a desperate effort to remain just looking human never mind good. One of the most recent things I have tried is the Avon Care Rich Moisture Face Cream and not with great results it has to be said. This cream is fairly inexpensive but still not good value for money because it fails to live up to its promises. This particular cream has been around for a long time but I only recently tried it, the 200ml pot cost me £3.50 and having used it all I can honestly say I have used much better moisturising creams in the past some more expensive but others on a even keel price ...  Read the complete review
