This is my daughter's regular facial moisturiser so if I ever run out of my own between Avon deliveries then this is what I will use. I do not use it regularly purely because I have mature skin and need to take extra care of it with peptides and a vitamin complex designed to target signs of aging. As a plain moisturiser this is absolutely fine though.

Avon Care Rich Moisturiser Face Cream comes in a 200ml pot and costs £3.75. It is frequently on offer for half price or 3 for £5 which makes it an amazing budget product. I like that this has a nice thick texture to it which I didn't expect when I first tried it as usually cheaper products are thinner, but this simply is not.

This is easy to use by dipping my fingers into the pot and when I massage it into my skin it only takes a few minutes to absorb. I like that this leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated without any oily residue and that it sinks in quite quickly so I can get on with applying my make up soon after use.

I think this is ideally suited to those who want something simply for a night cream or for everyday use on younger skin that does not need added protection from anti-aging products and the like. It is cheap, effective and easy to use. Because it does not have extra properties I have awarded it four stars but for the price I think it is really an excellent product.

Summary: Excellent value for money.
