Advantages: The price.

Disadvantages: The poor results!

At my time of life it is essential to rub on as many creams, lotions and potions as possible in a desperate effort to remain just looking human never mind good. One of the most recent things I have tried is the Avon Care Rich Moisture Face Cream and not with great results it has to be said.

This cream is fairly inexpensive but still not good value for money because it fails to live up to its promises. This particular cream has been around for a long time but I only recently tried it, the 200ml pot cost me £3.50 and having used it all I can honestly say I have used much better moisturising creams in the past some more expensive but others on a even keel price wise.

I used it morning and night after washing my face but where other creams kept me moisturised throughout the day or kept me feeling smooth skinned throughout the night this one seemed to have a much lesser time span.

I also felt that if I applied just a little too much it made my skin feel a bit greasy and it seemed very hard to rub in even when only a slight amount was used.

The plus side to this cream is certainly its price but the negative side of it is the longevity of it and the overall results. It is not the worst moisturising cream by far but equally not the best and certainly not one I would be in a hurry to recommend.

Summary: A sub-standard product froma normally good company!
