Any regular readers of my reviews will be aware by now that I work as an Avon Representative when my health allows. This means that I have regular access to many different Avon products and of course many of those brilliant promotions and great deals that can regularly be found across the pages of the latest Avon brochure! There are several brands within Avon that I use regularly, some are of course better than others but one brand in particular that I find to be very beneficial whilst generally offering great value, is the 'Avon Clearskin' brand. I'm writing this review for Avon Clearskin 'Purifying' Astringent; I couldn't find the exact product already listed on DooYoo but the Clearskin Astringent Cleanser seems the same and may very well be the same one (I'm not all too familiar with Avon products). I don't have particularly bad skin in the sense that there's a few blemishes and whatnot but it's nothing to shine out in a crowd or make me feel self-conscious. She was dancing most weekends for the Cornish Youth Dance Company and so needed to ensure here skin was always in good condition. Her mother (my sister in-law) Rose looked through ... Avon Clearskin is the best cleanser I have ever used and I can't say fairer than that, can I? It is a pale blue astringent liquid, which is made for use on sensitive skin. I just put a few drops on a cleansing pad and wipe my whole face and neck area, avoiding my eyes obviously. If I get some in my eyes by mistake I find that washing straight away with cold water soon puts things right again. On the rare occassions that I wear eye make up, I remove that with a specialist eye make up remover from Yves Rocher before using Clearskin. I find that the creamy cleansers tend to make my face feel very greasy, but with Avon Clearskin the result is ... Read the complete review
