Avon Clearskin Mattifying Moisturiser: Avon Clearskin Mattifying Moisturiser is actually my biggest beauty secret. It's cheap as chips but it works perfectly and my make-up routine is quicker and simpler than ever since I discovered this wonder-product. After a couple of years of keeping it to myself I've decided to share my secret with you. This marvellous product doesn't look much, it comes in a dinky 50ml tube, (white plastic), with a very useful blue plastic pump on the top. This like the rest of the Clearskin range looks like proper medicated skincare while still looking fresh and quite cool. It's size means I can fit it in my bag easily but ... Read the complete review

I'm a big fan of the Avon clearskin range. All the products I have tried from it have worked well, and left my skin feeling smooth and healthy. I've been using the Mattifying moisturiser for about a year or so now, and I noticed a huge different in the amount of spots on my face after I started using it. Having oily skin, the mousturiser also helped to get rid of excess grease (yes, disgusting, isn't it?), which stopped my face being shiny all day. It comes in a small bottle with a pump-like dispenser, which does tend to jam a lot (very annoying, I'll tell you!) but when it's not sticking it works very well, pumping out a vaguely greenish cream, which ... Being truthful, I absolutely DETEST the Avon Clearskin range. Everything i've ordered from there has either given me more spots, or dried out my skin. This product was more of an experiment. I've always suffered from oily skin in the T-Zone, and there's only so much powder a girl can use. It was on offer for £2 so I thought if it didn't work, it's not too much of a waste. Honestly, I could not live without this moisturiser. I absolutely LOVE it. After applying this under my foundation, I have no oil for the entire day. It does exactly what it says on the bottle. It's a baby blue colour and smells really pleasant. The little ... Read the complete review

I've always read good things about Avon's Clearskin range, and I came across their mattifying moisturiser when I was looking for a soothing moisturiser that hydrated but reduced shine. Clearskin Mattifying Moisturiser can be found in their catalogue or online shop and is described as "an essential step in keeping blemishes at bay. Absorb excess oil while providing light hydration". Perfectly matched what I wanted and I managed to bag it when it was on sale (and currently still is) at £2. That's half the usual price of £4, but even at full price I think it still compares well to similar products in places like Boots. I think it rarely pays to splash ... Read the complete review

When it comes to facial care products for the past few years I have chosen Avon Clearskin products because mainly it was convenient.. My neighbour is an Avon lady and she brings the products I use directly to my door, and the fact that it isn't too expensive with constant offers on, it is a bargain most of the time.. ~~ What is the product? ~~ This product is the Avon Clearskin Mattifying Moisturiser.. The actual moisturiser comes in a little 50ml bottle in plain white with the writing written on in blue and green, the normal colours for a product of this section of the catalogue.. With a warning written on the back in numerous different ... Read the complete review
