As an Avon representative, I try a considerable number of Avon products at various times. This product has been rately very poorly by other dooyoo members and I decided I would write this review to reinforce their negative impressions of this product. Not only because it is poor value for money for consumers, but equally because I get a little bit fed up of the complaints I receive about this and the returns I have to make!

This product is supposed to be an eye make-up remover. I should firstly point out that although the eye area is indeed more delicate than the rest of the face, that does not necessarily mean you should go out and buy a seperate make-up remover for your face and your eyes. Instead you could quite simply wash your face and then moisturise all areas thoroughly using a moisturiser that does not aggrevate your eyes.

You may want to use an eye cream for this purpose or you may find a standard facial moisturiser is sufficient. The point is that it really will not hurt to dry your eyes out with a standard make-up remover for all of one minute in between cleansing and moisturising.

This product claims to be delicate to the sensitive eye area and it certainly is that. In fact it is so delicate that it hardly removes your make-up at all! It feels a little bit on the greasy side which I do not like at all and it has to be really scrubbed in to remove the make-up. This defeats the purpose of it being a gentle product in my mind.

This is priced at £4 for a small 150ml bottle which is quite over-priced for even an effective product. You will have better results and save yourself quite a few pounds by simply using a standard cleanser or cleansing wipe to remove your eye make-up with. This really is a very ineffective, greasy and pointless product. I hope Avon take note of all the returns they have been receiving from representatives like myself and consider making a change to the formulation in the near future.

Summary: I really do not recommend this product, even when it is free.
