Advantages: Easy to apply and smells nice.

Disadvantages: Didn't give me more radiant skin and fed my spots a nice meal.

I love face masks and I own loads of them! Some peel off, some moisturising, exfoliating there are all sorts to buy and I can't resist em! My Avon lady, Anita pitched up and I ordered this from her half price cos it's something I regularly use (not this one, I mean in general lol).

The Packaging....

Light blue100ml pot with a twist on/off lid. No idea if it's recyclable. Avon are known for not putting much information on there products which is a reason I don't like purchasing their products very much. On the front tells me it's 'Hydro-Radiance, Vitamin Boost Revitalising Mask and on the back tells me stuff in a foreign language, but no idea what language it is as I only speak the Queen's English lol

To Use..

Well again when I ordered it never read how to use it in the catalogue but I'm pretty sure there was no information there on how to use it and of course, again with Avon doesn't tell me on my pot. I did look on the website when I put in the request to review it and it says to smear it on the face and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

The Cream...

In the pot it's white with a really small hint of peach and I mean small. Its fairly thick as in it don't drip all over the place but it's not to thick or anything, it's a nice consitency. It spreads on the face easily and smells really lovely. Fruity in a citrusy kind of way but none distinct.

My Experience....

Well I cleansed and toned my face first and then slapped quite a bit on and left it for 15 minutes. As I said the smell is quite pungent but even so it didn't irritate my skin in any way shape or form, caused no tingling sensation and didn't make my eyes run at all. It felt quite greasy upon application and happens to be one that doesn't dry which is a preference of mine anyway cos I find the drying ones make my spots crusty and I have to scrub it off which I really hate! Getting it off was really easy. I just washed with lukewarm water.

The Results....

Well after rinsing my skin it felt really, really soft but in a slightly greasy way so I had to cleanse and tone again as I didn't like the feeling too much and I like to make sure all remnants of face masks are off my skin otherwise I could be feeding my spots and blackheads which is a concern to me.

The disappointing thing is I did think my skin would be more brighter and radiant and it wasn't. Apart from the soft feeling caused by the greasiness of the product that's where anything noticeable stopped for me. Skin appeared no fresher or cleaner than just using a facial wash, scrub, cleanser or toner or anything. It felt like a bit of a waste of my time o be totally honest.

I've used it now a few times and that first result I'm talking about hasn't improved any. There's been no difference to my skin apart from negative. I now have been suffering more spots, dry patches which I cant understand and I've changed nothing other than this in my beauty regime.

Overall....

For me I think this is just too greasy. It hasn't delivered the promise it kind of implies and I wouldn't recommend it for someone who like me has combination skin. I still, at 33 have a greasy t zone, suffer spots, blackheads and whiteheads although now along with that I'm getting other signs of aging lol. It does nothing for me!

Usually £4.00 per tub in Avon but I purchased it at £2.00 on offer.

Summary: For £2.00 it doesn't hurt to try it but expect nothing and you won't be dissapointed!

I know what you mean, at 33 I still have a T-zone and blackheads too. My mum still had them up to her 50s so it's a hereditary thing.
