Advantages: Wonderful fruity fragrance
Disadvantages: Smells so good I want to eat the stuff!!
My skin is incredibly sensitive, more so since I became a victim of M.E., and I generally find myself suffering a bad reaction to most of Avon's products which can be quite harsh on my skin. Not so this one, it's a pure delight and I've never had any problems with rashes or sensitivity... The product is a delicious peel-off mask, with one of the most refreshing fruitiest fragrances I've come across! It is also very effective, in fact, sometimes scarily so! Before applying the mask, make sure that your skin is thoroughly cleansed and apply the mask lightly to all areas avoiding the eyes. Leave the mask to dry and set for about 20 minutes or so and then just peel it off (almost like clingfilm, it's clear too!) and observe with horror the dry skin cells and impurities glued to the mask!! I was amazed at how much 'yucky stuff' had been removed from my face and my skin felt smooth, refreshed and renewed after using the product, and all ready for my usual daily mosituriser. This is a nice inexpensive little product which does the job without costing an arm and a leg! Oh, and that refreshing fruity smell.....always gives me a boost!!

- 26/01/01 I have a strawberry Avon mask (which they probably don't make any more) in my bathroom which I use once in a blue moon but I do agree with you, it's cheap, it smells great, it's invigorating and really does the job! Avon can be very surprising sometimes. |
