Acording to the information in the pack, "this helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on and around the lip area." "Instantly lips feel silky smooth and more elastic." I don't know if that is exactly how I would describe it, but my lips do look and feel a lot better. What is most important is that my lips have not cracked or bled since I have started using this. I used to wake up in the morning and my mouth would be covered in blood! Not any more.
