I don't know if that is exactly how I would describe it, but my lips do look and feel a lot better. What is most important is that my lips have not cracked or bled since I have started using this. I used to wake up in the morning and my mouth would be covered in blood! Not any more.

It costs £7.00 for 15ml, and the first one has just run out after several months, you don't need to put much on at a time.
