Avon sell quite a range of Tea Tree products as Tea Tree contains a natural astringent making it excellent for cleansing the skin and helping to get rid of those annoying spots and blackheads.

I decided to try the Tea Tree Peel Off Face Mask when Avon had it on special offer, you must all know by now what I am like when faced with a bargain!

It comes in a 75ml tube for about £3. The tube is clear so you can see how much is left, but I would guess that it would last for about 10 applications.

To use this product I usually start by putting on a hair band to keep my hair off my face and keep the facemask off my hair!

I then cleanse my face as per the instructions on the tube.

The next stage is to apply a thin coating to the skin. I do mean thin or it won’t dry properly and subsequently won’t peel off. You will have to wash the sticky residue off with soap and water instead and this spoils the glow that the mask would otherwise have given your skin.

You then have to wait for about twenty minutes until the mask dries completely.

Providing you have applied it correctly it will peel off in one go, making it a lot less messy than some others I have used, and it leaves my skin glowing and tingly.

When you have removed the mask wash your skin in warm, but not hot, water then moisturise as usual. I often splash my face with really cold water after I have washed with the warm water just to close the pores.

I have used both this one and the Grapefruit one and I both give my skin a real glow and make it feel really clean.

The only thing I will say is that, being green, it does look as if your face is rotting when you wear it so don't forget you have it on and answer the door in it!
