I like a natural look, without looking washed out and I need a lip product that delivers. After years of searching, I think I have found that in Benetint Lip Balm.

The packaging is pretty and compact, allowing easy transportation and on the go application. The screw top keeps the product clean and hygienic- this is not the kind of gunked up, messy lip gloss you are ashamed be seen applying in public.

Most importantly, the product delivers. Only a small amount of the lip balm delivers a gorgeous, shiny rose colour which conditions lips and gives a sexy, subtle glow. After using, my lips feel much softer and conditioned than they do by my typical moisturising lip balms, and I know they are protected with the products crucial SPF15 and vitamin E oil. The product itself is lightly rose scented which gives it a subtle sexy appeal.

Remember this is a lip balm not a gloss, so your lips won't look like a vinyl coated oil slick, but why would you want them to?

This product has huge advantages over any lip gloss I can think of. The gorgeous ruby colour lasts for hours, but is subtle enough to wear to school, to work or on a date without terrifying the poor man in question. Because it isn't slick and slippery with fake shimmer and shine, you can eat, drink and kiss without the lip balm edging in on the action.

Yes, at £12.50 it is expensive, but it is an investment piece- one pot will last for months of daily application.

In summary, its a hard-working product which delivers flawless results whilst caring for your skin- cost per wear you really get good value for your money.

An important update: I have been using the same pot of this since May now on an almost daily basis. It gives you a little glow when you are looking tired, and as you can see one pot will last for ages. I'd highly recommend this, as it lasts longer than any cheaper product I've tested and hasn't gone off at all, despite being lugged around in hot handbags and cars all summer.
