As an 18 year old growing girl, I started using Bio-oil on my stretchmarks when I was around 14. Since then I have found different usage for the product, all of which I am very impressed with. However, the name says it all- greasy and oily to apply which leaves residue on your palms and fingers. It is best to apply this just before bed time, so that it can soak into your skin and not stain your clothes!! I have woken up, however, with a relatively oily face after using it on my acne scars. The smell reminds me of suntan lotion, which I actually like!! So this isn't a problem. I find the use on my stretchmarks (from growing- not child birth) perfect, and with regular application they do actually fade into silvery lines much more quickly and even these because less visable over time. My embarressment has disappeared and I can now expose my breasts, hips and legs in bikinis feeling comfortable. The price can range from around £4 to £12 depending on the bottle size, although I find a small drop goes a long way!
