There is some alcohol in it but otherwise it's just fiull of lovely natural ingredients - sweet almond oil, sunflower oil, bergamot, beeswax, natural emolients, phenonip, rosemary, eucalyptus, neem leaf extract. A delicious combination of moisturising and antiseptic.
