Self heating eh? I thought okay, it must just mean that it works as if it was warm.
Oh no, you sqeeze this stuff out and rub in and then weyhey whoooooooooooo, your facce gets really hot and gets hotter when you keep rubbing it in!
It is worth trying this just for the sensation, it is mad! I got my hubby to try it too and watched his expression, well funny!
It is applied to a wet face and rubbed in for 60secs and then washed of. My skin felt smooth and was less shiny. I have never used a mask before and was worried that I would be spotty the next few days, but so far so good. It is a bit gross to wash off as it goes a bit slimy when you do it.
I have only tried a free sample so I can't comment on price, though it is definately worth a try.
